If you had walked into Goldtop Stone’s afternoon tea yesterday, you would have found fresh treats and warm conversations. And if you had joined us at the cinema a little later, you would have heard what truly makes a company feel like a community: the sound of children laughing alongside their parents.
Pada 9 Julai, kami menganjurkan acara musim panas dua bahagian yang direka untuk meraikan rakyat kami dan keluarga mereka. Semuanya bermula pada pukul 3:00 petang dengan minum teh petang di mana ahli pasukan berehat dan berhubung di luar rutin harian mereka. Kemudian, pada pukul 4:30 petang, kami bersama-sama pergi ke pawagam untuk tayangan Minions & Monsters — a film that turned a regular weekday into a highlight of the summer break.
One team member shared, “My son couldn’t stop talking about the Minions. Watching him laugh in the cinema, surrounded by my colleagues and their families, made me feel so grateful to be part of this team.” Another added, “It’s rare to find a workplace that not only encourages work-life balance but actively creates space for family joy.”
